About Re:New

Built to serve the market, not control it .

Every provider encounters business it can't write or retain. Sometimes the price isn't competitive. Sometimes the risk doesn't fit. And sometimes the customer needs something different. That doesn't mean the opportunity has disappeared.

Re:New connects those customers with alternative insurers through the provider they already know. Referrers remain part of the conversation, panel insurers gain access to new opportunities and customers receive more options. A provider can participate in either role, or both.

The approach

A different approach to aggregation .

We believe there's a better way for the insurance market to work together. Instead of sending customers away to begin another comparison journey, Re:New lets their existing provider check for alternatives first.

If there's a worthwhile option, the provider can make the introduction in its own brand. The customer chooses whether to proceed, and the insurer pays a fixed acquisition fee when it wins the business.

No paid placements. No click fees. Just a more direct connection between the businesses that have risks and the insurers that want to write them.

  • For referrers. You can't win every customer. Re:New gives you a way to help them anyway, without disappearing from the relationship, and earn when they buy.
  • For panel insurers. Access business introduced by existing providers, with clear risk information and a fixed acquisition cost when you win.
  • For customers. Their existing provider helps them explore other options rather than sending them away.

Responsibilities

Built with the responsibilities of insurance distribution in mind .

Re:New is designed around clear referral controls, accountable handling of customer information and traceable outcomes. Participating providers agree their responsibilities and commercial arrangements before joining the network.
