Re:New Broking is operated by Re:New Broking Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15097431, with its registered office at Webb Ellis House, Rugby Road, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1 1DS.

Our regulatory status

Re:New Broking Ltd is an appointed representative of Got You Covered Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Got You Covered Limited's firm reference number is 771679.

As our principal, Got You Covered Limited is responsible for the regulated activities we carry on as its appointed representative. Re:New Broking Ltd is not itself directly authorised by the FCA. You can check both firms on the Financial Services Register or by calling the FCA on 0800 111 6768.

What we do

Re:New lets participating providers introduce customers they cannot keep to insurers on our panel, who quote and sell directly. A provider may take part as a referrer, as a panel insurer, or as both. We do not underwrite insurance and we do not give advice. Any quotation is offered by the insurer named on it and is subject to that insurer's terms and acceptance.

The examples on this website are illustrative. The providers and insurers shown are fictional, and nothing on this website is an offer of insurance.

Complaints

If you want to complain about something we have done, email malcolm.odonovan@renewbroking.com or write to Re:New Broking Ltd, Webb Ellis House, Rugby Road, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1 1DS. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and tell you what happens next. Complaints about regulated activities are handled under our principal's complaints procedure, and eligible complainants may be able to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
